SATs Tuition
SATs are the main form of assessment for students in Year 6. SATs scores act as an indicator of each child’s ability for when they start Secondary School, and are often used to place students in academic sets when they first attend Secondary School. SATs results are even used to help predict students’ GCSE grades.
Our English and Maths SATs tuition is available in our Malvern Centre and online, and is designed in line with the national curriculum to help your child achieve their full potential.

Our SATs English tutoring covers the KS2 National Curriculum up to Year 6. Our SATs English Tuition is available at our Malvern Centre and online.
Assessment Guide
Year 6 pupils sit three English SATs papers:
Grammar, Punctuation and Language Strategies
Spelling
Reading and Comprehension
Students’ scores are added across the three papers and scaled to a national average. Students need to achieve 100 to reach the National Expected Standard.
