NEW SPECIALIST MALVERN MATHS CENTRE ‘ADDS UP’ FOR YOUNG PEOPLE:

An exciting new opportunity to support secondary pupils with their maths education will open shortly when ‘Three Talents Tuition’ launches their new specialist Malvern-based tuition centre where they will provide extra support for young people as they prepare to take their GCSEs.

The new Centre at 137 Barnards Green Road will provide bespoke, tailored study programmes in one-hour sessions for 10–16-year-olds from September 12th 2022 on Saturday mornings 9.30-12.30 and Monday to Thursday between 3.30 and 6.30.

Daniel Hamblin - an experienced, qualified mathematics teacher, who has worked at an outstanding secondary school previously, has launched this new centre and leads a team of exceptional teachers to support young people by carefully diagnosing their areas to focus on to improve the knowledge, skills and understanding of maths – with learners guaranteed progression through regular assessments and feedback.

Daniel said ‘it is clear from research that just a one grade improvement in GCSE Maths is linked with greater earning power throughout your lifetime as well as a wider range of career options and opportunities. The recent pandemic has meant that children are not at the level they would have been at if there wasn’t the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Schools will do their best to work with whole classes to fix this, but there is no substitute for a programme of study designed around an individual’s needs and access to a qualified teacher and regular feedback and progression. Three Talents Tuition has been created to respond to the concern that a child is likely to struggle to achieve their GCSEs, or indeed for parents who wish for their children to achieve even better results than the school predicts.’

The Centre is state-of-the-art, with high quality learning suites and very low ratios of tutors to pupils, meaning students can get the help and feedback they need which is unrivalled to what students typically receive in mainstream education.
